
Booking Information
| 1. | Please call 717-227-5520 to check availability. If you do not reach Phil at his desk, please leave a message with your name, phone number, property of interest, and dates that you wish to check. |
| 2. | Once we have verbally agreed on your stay, we will need a reservation deposit of $200.00. We can take this by Visa or Mastercard, or you may send a check if time permits. We will then forward a completed rental agreement for your signature. |
| 3. | Your deposit is applied to the total rental amount. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. You may also pay this by Visa, Mastercard or check. |
| 4. | At that time, I will send you an email with your entry instructions and our local management contact information. We have a local management in each location in case there is a need for maintenance during your visit. The management company will have a copy of your rental agreement and will be able to address the need expeditiously. You do not pay for this service, we have contracted with these companies for your benefit. |
| 5. | If you need local area information, or if you are visiting for a special ocassion, please let me know. I strive to have as many repeat guests and referrals as possible. To that end, anything I can do to help you maximize the enjoyment of your stay is my pleasure. |
