How do I reserve a vacation condo?

What is the deposit for?
The deposit is a reservation deposit. When we book your requested dates, when deposit is received, we do not offer those dates to anyone else.
Should you cancel, the deposit may be lost. (see rental agreement for details)
Can I pay for the full amount including the deposit using a credit card?
Yes, you can use a credit card to pay the full amount.
If I make a deposit to reserve my unit, when is the rest of the money due?
Full payment need to be made no less
than thirty days prior to the date of your arrival. If full payment is not received by due date then the unit will be offered to others for rent. Loss of deposit or monies paid may occur (see rental agreement for
details)
How do I gain access to the unit upon arrival?
About 30 days prior to your arrival we will email an access code to you along with instructions on how to enter the unit.
Do you only rent by the week?
During spring break, holidays, and peak summer periods we like to rent by the
week. A typical week to week rental includes arriving around 3 pm Saturday and leaving at 10 am the following Saturday. If you have other needs please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
What does the cleaning cost include?
Although we ask you to perform general departure items such as, but not limited removing trash, placing linens in designated areas, etc. The cleaning cost
includes the cost of fresh linens and towels upon arrival and general cleaning of unit. Items provided and costs vary with location.
What should I do if I have a problem with the unit during my stay?
Although we try to anticipate and repair certain items to help prevent problems, sometimes things go wrong. We have local management folks that we use to help us
in these situations. We will provide contact information for the local management prior to your arrival.
What does each unit contain and what should I bring?
Each unit will contain sheets, blankets, towels, glass ware, flatware, pots and pans, televisions, vcr and/or dvd players and most other general
kitchens items. Some of these include microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. We do not include any items such as salt, pepper, ketchup etc. Please dispose of these items when you leave or if you find any upon
arrival.
Do you have beach service?
We enjoy going to the beach in the morning and evenings, before the
temperature gets really hot. The beach service people provide the chairs and umbrellas from approx. 9 to 5. We try to keep our costs to you as a customer low. We have found beach service to be a nice feature,
however the cost for the service is approximately $20-25 per day. We try to keep beach chairs and umbrella in Island Echos, Mainsail and Sea Oats for your convenience for use anytime you want to. If you prefer to have beach
service you can always pay for the service. We believe you should have a choice on spending your money.
